This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the guidelines for using our Services and is an integral part of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Purpose of Services
You are required to use our Services solely for lawful purposes. Any transmission, storage, or display of information, data, or material that violates applicable laws or regulations, especially those of Pakistan, is strictly prohibited. We retain the right to terminate Services for any customer whose actions expose the company to legal liability or jeopardize our ability to serve other customers. By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities when using our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Disclosing private sensitive personal information about others
Distributing malware or other malicious code
Engaging in the unlawful distribution of controlled substances and drug contraband
Engaging in the unlawful distribution of prescription medications, including the promotion, marketing, or sale of prescription medications without a valid prescription
Gambling activities
Hosting or sharing pornographic content or potentially pornographic material. Any website found hosting or linking to pornography will be immediately suspended and reported to law enforcement
Hosting sites related to FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi schemes, MLM/Pyramid Schemes, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP), or similar activities
Hosting or linking to websites intended to deceive the public, including sites listed at aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com
Hosting or linking to anonymous proxy servers
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted works such as movies, music, books, photographs, software/warez, etc.
Engaging in money laundering activities
Posting any material that is against Islamic beliefs
Posting politically inciteful material as determined by the Pakistan Penal Code
Posting material that promotes racism, sexism, or creates divisions in society
Engaging in phishing or identity theft
Selling weapons or ammunition
Unauthorized System Access or Network Abuse
You are not permitted to use our Services to gain unauthorized access to any network or system. Prohibited activities include:
Accessing another network without permission for the purpose of probing, scanning for vulnerabilities, breaching security or authentication measures
Attacking other networks through activities such as Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
Intercepting or monitoring data without permission
Running a file sharing site
Running software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network
Using any automated device, program, or methodology to access, copy, index, acquire information, generate impressions or clicks, input information, store information, search, or monitor any portion of our website or servers for unauthorized purposes
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
The use of our Services for sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for any involvement in the transmission, distribution, or delivery of unsolicited bulk or commercial emails. This includes engaging in activities such as:
Sending spam emails, whether through purchased lists, “safe lists,” or any other means
Assisting or commissioning the transmission of commercial emails
Hosting websites advertised via spam (spamvertised)
Users found to be involved in spam activities may have their accounts terminated with or without notice. Additionally, if our IP space is blacklisted due to a user’s actions, their account may be immediately suspended or terminated.

Defamation and Objectionable Content
While we value freedom of expression, as a web host, we are not publishers of user-generated content. We generally require a court order from a court of competent jurisdiction to investigate defamation claims or determine the censorship of objectionable material. However, we reserve the right to disable or remove content that may cause harm to others or the company, at our sole discretion.

Enforcement
Resellers:
If a user of a reseller violates this AUP, we will suspend the relevant account and notify the reseller, allowing them to address the issue with the user. Repeated violations by a user account may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the reseller account.

Direct customers:
Your Services may be terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this AUP. In cases of violations, we may report them to the appropriate law enforcement agency. We retain the sole discretion to enforce or not enforce this AUP.
